i find the sound effects of this new job to be annoying, imagain making weird loud bubbly moogle sqeaking lala crying sounds with every attack, may not bother the user but others will get annoyed by it, other jobs have normal sounds so why does this job have to be so weird? also Pictomancer should be a melee range not a caster, we have waaay too many jobs and only 3 of them are melee range!

The problem is the morons at SE decided it was a good idea to remove any essence you have if you switch jobs at all to res people. When I see people dead, I can't not res them. Especially R25s. So now I permanently have no speed buff, and can't get to anywhere fast nor a faster mount. And I don't have those lost abilities from the second zone because I have not cleared the raid yet.

Duty support is faster now, After the buffs to armory bonus, dungeon under 90 now give double exp. At 85 in vanspati, it was 18 minutes for over 5 million xp, 7 for the 87 dung, and between 9-10 mil for 89 dungeon but it only took one 89 dungeon to hit 90. From like 10%

Boza and zadnor have like 0 fates up for me though, and it's dead empty too ;w;

I can’t do Bozja. Literally, my hardware can’t handle it if it’s at least half full. PS4 can’t handle it and I get 5+ seconds of lag between pressing a button and the skill activating

what is bozja?

For Bozja to be faster than doungen, you need to clear a fate every 2 minutes or less and even with 2 minutes you are a little slower as with doungen. (Doungen round about 7 hours if you need round about 30 minutes per doungen, Bozja round about 7,2 hours) And the CE are only worth it, if it is cleared in maximal minutes otherwise the fates in Bozja are faster and if you can clear fates faster than every 2 minutes, than the CE must be cleared even faster than 5 Minutes,

I don't think the map on Zadnor sucks since many mobs are spread out more than in southern front so it can be easier to traverse solo. The issue is the fates on Zadnor are more spread physically and time-wise. There is almost always a Bozja SF fate up while you may be waiting 2-5 minutes for a fate to pop in Zadnor. You don't have to really "finish" the SF fates either, especially the collection fates. I typically get 10 of the item to delver, drop them off, and then move to another active fate. Once the objective fate is done you will get that XP even if you stopped working on it 10 min ago and you will get the same XP as if you did it all yourself so there is no point in doing it all yourself.

i unfortunately couldn’t beat my time when reaper came out, getting it from 70 to 80 in 5 hours. i got viper to 90 in about 6.

Taking that off the sage is so fckd up. I know 100% many sages were out dpsing many dps out there with even same item level, but this is not the way to handle this. MAKE THE FCKN DUNGEONS HAAAAARDEEEEER and maybe the healers will actually need to stop dpsing for once and focus on actually keeping people alive!!

I agree. Healer does feel dumb down in lower difficulty and should have some thing better to make the kit more engaging. But I think just because high-end players can do crazy stuff doesn't mean the rest of the player base can do the same, I think that is a bad faith argument. And the crux of the problem lies in the player's willingness to improve their skill, along with their tool kit. Hence why tutorial maybe needed, but in my opinion, the "you don't pay my sub" thing...is still going to be a big issue for balancing this exact issue. I can already see that someone telling a long time healer to use a certain skill that isn't on their bar... And it would become toxic really quickly even if asked politely ...sigh. In my ideal world there's just more need to cast gcd healing/shielding/utility/support abilities. I'd rather there be more party damage so I can play the role of healer when I am playing a healer. DPS buttons should always be a minority of gameplay to me for healers; if they're not then there's something wrong with the game balance or design. I'd play a DPS class if I wanted to DPS primarily.

I feel like the best way to explain the healer DPS issue is ask someone to solo potd 51-60 on any healer, and then their job of choice. It's doable on any job, so it shouldn't really be a problem. Them remind them that no healer kit gets more interesting after that other than maybe sage and white mage. Now come DT we are getting more, but one to three extra keystrokes, most of which are off global, per two minutes is not the improvement many people think it is.

I played Whm for a bit back in SB and i instantly jumped off, because casting stone over and over was mind-numbing lol. Healers definitely need a damage rotation. Every class in the game should be able to deal damage imo.

The reason u maybe not see seraph in dungeons is because they are so easy to heal if u you use everything else properly that u don't even get to that cooldown. You also would probably need the tank to be a darkknight as well to meet the criteria. I'm lucky if I need to use expediant for mit.

dawntrail is going to mess up the game even more. the battle system just turned into a joke. endwalker messed up healing and even new end game was being soloed. the content has not changed since 2.0 they just slap a new coat of paint on it. it's not that is too easy its too simplified. since 1.0 this is the first expansion i'm not buying because it's not fun anymore its just a speed run in dungeons.
