Just in case you were wondering I BELIEVE that exhaust is designed for a Coleman CT200ex, specifically the camo one and thats why it didn’t fit stock. Happy riding!

i recently did a 212 swap on my bt200x will i need a chain tensioner to make the chain fit ?

I didn't need a tensioner, The engine doesn't change the length of the chain. If you get a torque converter you have to shorten the chain.
