Our Coleman stove is about 35 years old and still works great 😊. We have a small Woods gas barbecue that we like to take camping and a two sided grilling platter that we use on top of the stove. One side is ribbed and the other side smooth, for bacon and eggs. We're adding those things to our new camper😊.

Hello Patrick. Thank you for the video review of the Fold n Go! I have a truck camper, so my storage is VERY minimal and I've had my eye on this grill for some time. However, I noticed on your Amazon site you have switched to another grill. How long did you have the Coleman for and what made you decide to go with another brand?

One and half rack of BBQ St Louis Pork Ribs all at once. 4 burgers and 2-4 hot dogs at once. I no longer bring my Weber Q100 with me. It's taken its place and I can cook for 4-6 people. Excellent video with lots of info. I did find the model without the ignition switch, which is what i wanted, but that does not come in red and the cost has gone up over the last year to almost the same price as your model with the ignition switch. For the same price I may as well buy the red with the ignition switch and hope it lasts. Is it possible the ignition switch didn't work because the line was clogged with dirt so the propane could not get through? And maybe the line just needed to be plunged with a thin wire? Just wondering in case it goes bad during camping where I would be too far from home to receive the replacement. Lastly, I wonder if the ignition switch can be removed and the unit fitted with the normal kind where you use a match or lighter. Thank you for sharing.

I have a Coleman NXT 200 at home but it’s too big to take on camping trips with the RV. I ordered this one and have one question: have you had any problems with the latch? A lot of reviewer‘s on Amazon mention problems with the latch not holding up. Like the fact that you can put the grill plate in the dishwasher.
@TravelswithDelaney5 жыл бұрын
I woud say that the latch is definitely something they need to improve. It typically does not stay latched so when I am carrying it, I keep a finger on the latch in the locked position so that it wont come open.

Enjoying all your videos! Just ordered the grill and also the griddle. I can’t find the stove grate anywhere. Called Coleman and that part is actually called the Fold and Go Pot support # 2000001660, bad news is that they are currently out at the warehouse. (Wonderful customer service call btw) Not at Walmart, EBay, Amazon, Sierra Club, CW. My other idea, the Swaptop stove grate is not compatible with the Fold and Go Grill per CS at Coleman . My question is - will you either the grill or griddle support a pot of water for pasta? Thanks in advance

At this time, it doesn't seem like the griddle is available. For the size of steaks that I'm willing to buy for my kids, this seems like it will work for the three of us. I can't see any reason that just the grill won't work for a 2nd stove top for boiling pasta. Let me know if my reasoning is flawed! Given the fire restrictions that happen for camping every summer now in Colorado, this should allow us to grill, even though we typically can't have camp fires. The size seems right to allow me to fit a cook stove and a grill in my DIY camper trailer galley. Wish me luck!

I had one of these a couple years ago, and loved the size, but the finish burned off in the center, and everything started sticking, even when I sprayed with grill non-stick cooking spray. I should have replaced the grate, but I just gave the grill away. Now I'd like to have another one, but they're $99, and I just don't think they're worth it. I ended up buying a cheaper grill at Walmart, and it will work fine for me. The plus of the Coleman for me, was the size.
