What I found was three of these units brand new have had bad coil packs and they r brand new side by sides with no hours on them

Those Tricks worked, injector replacement was biggest difference, and like you ordered maintenence parts for future tuneups and repair. Darn 550 really does scoot now and isnt bogging down. Thanks for your Tips

i have a question about the coleman 550 I have a chance to buy a 2021 with only 3 miles on it. it will run when you give it gas but it will not idle you have to have your foot on the gas pedal price is 3400

What do you mean it's missing really bad?? I have the 45cc and 36 cc's and I have never had a running problem with them with running the klotz oil only problem I have ran into so far is I keep bending rear shock towers on my 45cc partly my fault for the bad landings and probably shouldn't jump them as high as I am. They could use a little better steering servo I think but I'm still running the stock servo, but the engines have been great for me as far as running wise..

I have a 2019 that won’t start (Coleman’s 550) I have changed the battery,changed and added New gas with sea foam,new fuel injection, new spark plug, new OEM Hisun 550 Starter Solenoid Relay for UTV ATV Sector Vector for a 550, and still won’t start , can you help 😢thank you

Your number one mistake: you bought a coleman 550.

Ive had mine almost 2 years, dont buy it. My parents bought it brand new and its had so many problems. Just dont get it.

Thanks my dodge truck oxygen sensor does that and I run Seafoam in the gas once a month and it cleans them up

Air sensor. Pretty sure that one up top is a coolant temp sensor

Would you recommend one of these units like the one shown or would I be better off getting a Polaris Ranger or Yamaha Rhino?

How much they are going for you would be better off going with a name brand unit the engines they use on the Coleman's are just junk in my opinion they're constantly having running issues but I do have to say they do have good customer service if you were to call them with problems but these machines cost you know nine to $10,000 brand new you might as well just spend a little more and get something that you can get parts for easyer

I have a 2021 UT400 and it seems to me that I have to give it a bit more gas then needed to get it to start moving and when it does it seems to be holding back until it starts rolling along then it rides good. I have nothing to compare this with to to see whether or not this is normal. Any recommendations?

Or the coils are bad that's what I have had to replace on 3 of these units that where brand new.

Did you ever get your hands on the diagnostic tool? If so What was the model number etc?

Are you looking for the model number or part number of the scan tool. I did end up having them send me one I have it now I have to send it back to them though.

It ended up being the throttle bodies. The sensors on the side of them are not replaceable. However you can take them out and clean them. But did no good on these units. After putting on new throttle bodies and a new set of spark plugs they run good now.

4 wheels you dated they wanted you to clean the air sensor out. I took mine out and it was full of gas? I have one that running bad with 10 miles on it. Anything I can check before I let it sit at repair shop for weeks to get fixed?

Why not run with unplugged?

They only have one coil pack on them so do you mean will it run if I unplug the coil pack or what because these coil packs do not have one single wire on them from what I seen but as soon as I put a brand new coil pack on it that's all the issues
