Coleman UTV 400 First Problem

First problem with the Coleman UTV 400. The exhaust studs broke off. One inside the head and one outside the head. Not a fun repair. Not sure of the longevity of the repair. Time will tell so far so good it's had a few short runs around the house.

If you have a welder, welding a nut to a broken stud should always be the first line of attack

Not when it's recessed that much. Bad position to weld and lots of things to close that could be damaged from welding. Other wise I agree.

​@kevincrawford2027 yeah it was a tight spot. Even when they're recessed, though, it can still work well, you just build it up with weld.
