The downstairs seems a bit small conpared to the overall footprint of the home. Surprised no cooktop in the prep kitchen (only a microwave). Also no hot tub outside only a pool. Exposed main floor wine area makes zero sense as you never expose wine to light and ambient temp (cove out that area and put in a nice wine cooler IMO). Of course no window treatments so whoever buys will need about $100K put aside just for that. Nice home but for $5 mill needs a bit more. Love the 5 acres it sits on. Very nice.

Great design but to many unnecessary room for my taste, i'll love just to have master bedroom+walking closet, gaming/entertainment room/man cave, 3 bedroom with shared bathroom and an open concept kitchen, living area and dining area.
