I was having these Coles and Woolworths meals years back everyday for a month or two and ended up feeling the sickest in my life. Also depression went through the roof. Watch and learn about what you are eating folks🤒😷🤓

Grego, get the "yeo's satay sauce" and make ur own.. its probably the best I've tried in a jar so far and im fussy as I've been trying to chase as close as possible to the Asian takeaway places. It has a nice spice to it and I think u would like it mate. 🤙🤘

I can't even Microwave these meals properly! Anything Coles or Woolworths meals never heat properly for me. I have a 700W Microwave so I leave them in there for an extra 5-10 minutes from what it says on the box and it's still frozen/cold forcing me to throw them back in for a further 5-10 minutes just to get it warm at best forcing me yet again to throw it back in... I seriously cannot figure out these home brand meals and it's driving me nuts. Mccain meals - No problem On the menu meals - No problem Coles/Woolworths brand meals - DRIVING ME NUTS! I love the butter chicken one and this is the one that gives me the most issues. The rice ends up going rock hard from me putting the meal back into the microwave several times while the actual butter chicken still cold/warm at the bottom... :(
