Me too!!! I’m a breast cancer survivor and so is JoDee. She was my favorite in the 90s. I saw her perform at a bar right before she went 🔥. This just makes me happy!!!

For me, I know why: Hearing CS' hit reminded me of the song and knew he had some sort of endorsement from JDM. Brought me back to 90s country. But when JDM came up on stage (WAY TOO LATE, BTW! haha) I lost it... Like a kid with a skinned knee, and the wound, was the country that I grew up on (80s to 90s). Hit hard for me.

Cole is the man; he dropped the key of the song 2-3 full steps. It's too low for his comfort range, but he didn't care because the punch is when Jo Dee can come in where it's right in her range. He made it about her and her song, and most people will never catch that unless they listen to one of his solo live versions.
