Colin is great singer and has composed some real gems. His voice is quite incredible since he actually reaches a C#5 in this song which is really high for a man using his normal voice (not falsetto). He's also a very decent rythm and lead guitar player and a really entertaining story teller. I actually like him better on his own than with Men At Work. Thierry from France

Houston May 6, 2022 The Heights Theater? At least you have the option to do the Meet and Greet. I missed that opportunity....then the world went nuts. I just saw him with "Men at Work" 12/18/21. I thought "An Evening With Colin Hay" (this show) blew the MaW show away, but still a great show. I like him in Ringo's band too...actually, I started following Colin after I saw him in Ringo's All Starr Band.

We have a table for that show. I saw him play at Heights Theater just after Hurricane Harvey. He was one of the first shows after the storm. I had been volunteering for a few days and went last minute. The show was so therapeutic. My family is from Northeast England, he tells stories like my relatives. One of my first 45s was Down Under, he's always been a favorite.

Thank you for posting all the videos. Was Colin ok with folks using their phones/camera, or did you do it on the sly? Last time I saw him, 3 or 4 years ago no one was recording. I’ll be seeing him in 6 days, would love to get a video or two.

@Bluesbabesrv I was first row and I know he saw me taking pictures and videoing. He could've given me a (don't do it) sign, but he didn't. I regret not capturing "who can it be now" and and story that went with it. You'll have a great time! He recently added a meet and greet (add on package for $100) before the show. I found out too late. I would have loved the talk to him and get a photo with him. The proceeds to the Australia fire victims (I think).
