This 2023 American Idol had so much talent and it sure is an accomplishment arriving at 3rd place. He had me at his 1st performance (Simple Man). I knew he had talent than. He can only escalate even higher now. This was a learning experience for him, getting his confidence up and knowing how to work the crowd with his voice and charisma. He has something special about him and I hope to see more of him. There is so much he can do with his voice. He just needs to unleash it. I think that is what Katy meant when she said 60 to 70%. I personally think he did a fantastic job on Stupid Boy. When he did Dancing On My Own, that is what 100% is. It was full of emotion. Love his new songs Bad Day and I Still Talk To Jesus. He will be a sensation.
