I’ve been doing his training program from his book “Strongman: The Doug Hepburn Story” for a year and a half now, but only a minimized version it… And even my meager version is tough as nails. I guess weightlifters in the fifties were built different or something. lol

@@cols-muscle-power Absolutely. In less than two years (so far), my clean pull went from 145 pounds for less than six reps into what I have now, which is 235 pounds for an easy five reps. My squat is literally 315 pounds for ten reps right now.
