@@KontrolledSubstance Those specifically, no. I'm just saying those are the results. I think he's better because of almost every statistical category we have. That doesn't mean he's greater. His legacy is obviously nowhere close to Brady's when comparing longevity and championships and total numbers. He has time to rectify some of that obviously, but as of now Brady is by far the Greatest Of All Time. However, I think it's evident just by watching them play that Rodgers has a ceiling above Brady, and perhaps anyone who's ever played. His best is better than Brady's best, and I think he has consistently played at his best more often than Brady has.

Belichik can win with any qb as long as they go his way. Brady’s “offense” is schemes by Belichik to attack the weakness. If a team struggles against man the plays are called for wideouts and using the TE more than WR’s if it’s zone issues there are a bunch of slants and deep seams. It’s just studying the tape on the opponent. Brady against the Bills was terrible until the defense was so gassed from being on the field in the second half for far too long because the offense was horrible. First 3 quarters brady did nothing against a extremely weak opponent that was destroyed by the bears, ravens, chargers, packers, and the colts. Combined in those games the bills scored 37 their opponents combined scored 178.

Jon Gruden out of 12 seasons as a head coach has had a winning-record 75% of the time. He was one BS call away from being in the AFC title game in 2001. He won a Super Bowl. So what it was Tony Dungy's team? He coached under Mike Holmgren and is part of the Bill Walsh tree. It is brick-stupid to say that Gruden is not a "good" coach. I think his character and his gimmick have made the perception of him to be a better coach than he is, but he is a good head coach. The problem isn't about his coaching ability. That is a red-herring to distract you from what is really going on. The NFL has big plans for the Raiders in Las Vegas and he is doing what he is told to do. They are going to trade away all their valuable pieces so that they can stock-pile a bunch of draft picks and build a monster-team that can hit teh ground running in 2020. The Raiders are tanking. Everyone with a brain knows this. This isn't anything new.

Why cant we (in general) agree that Brady and Rodgers are 2 great quarterbacks. I know Brady has the rings but Rodgers has accomplished a lot as well. My claim: Rodgers and Brady are qbs who have shaped the position and will be remembered in the long run.

Colin "Aaron is a little too thin skinned." 13:00 min mark all the way til the end, Greg is crying on his couch and being congratulated for it. Foh. Greg himself just said how Aaron would even playfully come at his coach over wanting Alex Smith. Same dry humor was used on him and he in his feelings. Foh again.

People say if Rodgers were on the Patriots for those 8 Superbowls he would have won them all... Tom Brady is the better Quaterback, however i will say Rodgers is more naturally gifted at the position. But Brady played a near perfect Superbowl last year, yet they still lost. 1 person cant make up for a bad defense. There is no debate who is better. Brady is currently considered the G.O.A.T, yet people debate whos better. Well when did Rodgers surpass Montana, Elway, Peyton Manning? Just ask yourself that.
@servel26 жыл бұрын
If Rodgers was on the Patriots he would have gotten traded within a few years, Belichick didn't take a diva attitude on any player he's had. He's notorious for berating Brady in front of everyone while insulting him. Aaron would have been yapping non-stop to the media about the Pats org and would have been a goner.

basically the translation to what Jennings said in this segment, is that Carlos Rogers was trying to pry to get into his head (which is what cornerbacks do) and Rodgers made a quip that got into Jennings head.
@mrsain196 жыл бұрын
I see it differently. I dont think Aaron was trying to run Greg out of GB. I see greg's viewpoint. But if you think of that season, Aaron knew that McCarthy wasnt going to use GJ properly. So yes, I could see Aaron saying....the niners should sign GJ. I mean why not, the niners were doing well during that period. If anything, he was trying to put GJ on a winner. It's not that he didnt want GJ in GB, he just knew already Jennings wasnt in their future plans and there wasnt anything that he can do anything about it.

Jonathon Lee yeah I agree. I’m an atl fan so I got no dog in the fight, but I’m sick and tired of these mfers putting this great football mind down bc inherited a trash roster & a sub par at best qb. Give the man 2-3 seasons to work his magic then grade him.
