The switch idea is valid, but I was genuinely surprised that his “automatic setup” has him manually pulling levers for every part of the process AND manually turning the crank. I have a new method for my tea since finding out I'm dairy intolerant. My perfect brew = Smugglers Brew Cornish tea bag first. Pour the water, let it stew while I retrieve the milk. I use Oat milk, I used to use cow milk but not anymore. Oatley barista edition, try it, it's amazing. I put more in than I would with normal milk. Then!! Lastly, no sugar, but a spoon full of set honey. Stir it until it's dissolved. Perfect every time, and the right temperature to drink straight away because of the amount of milk I put in. It's made drinking tea a whole new experience for me.
