The attention to detail is amazing, you easily have the best covers of Clapton's songs on youtube. I have one question, at 2:35 , does it just switches to a different key , and if so which key ? To me it looks like the outro solo is played in minor, but again it doesn't sound minor

Yes, there is a classic 80s move to switch to another key to uplift the song. He did the same thing on 'She's Waiting'.

With the help of a friend I bought my first new electric guitar... an early '90's Black Fender Strat Plus with Lace Sensor pick ups and a maple neck. I have since changed the tuners and added an on-board mid-range boost. That's the Clapton sound from the era.

A great cover - played perfectly! :) The lace sensors always sound a bit sterile for my personal taste. Eric wrote really nice songs in that period. But the sound of his old Blackie was more "my thing" :-D I think the best example where you can hear both (Blackie single coils and the Lace Sensors) is the alternate "Bad Love" from the Honda advertisement. The single coils sound somewhat woodier and livelier. Still, as always, a really great cover! Keep it up!

@@ColinStachowski It's a great clapton age, so often forgotten. The Dominos era, mid-70s and second half of the 80s are the best for me. A distinct guitar sound (with Lace Sensor pickups) produced by Soldano and Marshall amps.
