so basically “apt.” means “apartment” in korean and that’s also the name of a korean drinking game (pronounced “a-pah-tuh”), the chant at the beginning is rosé herself saying “chaeyoung’s favorite random game! game start!” rosé’s korean name is chaeyoung. so it’s like a play on words, meet me at the “apt.” and they’re also singing about going partying and drinking.

I'm a 52 yrs old Korean American and during the early 90's we would gather at one of our friends APT/apartment and create our own drinking games....so much fun memories. We made the best with what we had. There is an old Korean song called APT back in the 80's and was fast beat like this. BTW Gumbae from Bruno means in Korean Cheers.
