Harder to explain than to do... cut some skinny strips of card stocks the same height as your book, then fold them in half long-ways. Glue them together like an accordion and glue each book page to a strip of hinge. Hope that helps!

Gorgeous!!!! I. Going to Hendersonville soon and will have to go to Saluda. After you glue the page to the hinge, do you glue the page that is on the back side of the hinge to it?

Yes, exactly! That way the hinges are always hiding behind the pages and not shown. Sadly, the wonderful store in Saluda has closed. The owner decided to take a much-deserved retirement. I will miss it when I can travel again ---

Kelly, thanks so much! I did start each page using lightweight card stock as a base. I chose plain beige because I thought white would be too stark.

I like the spine but Seth never gives or shows how is done.

It's a hinge-type binding method, using tall, skinny strips of cardstock folded in half. Just glue the hinges together, and glue the pages to each side of the hinge fold. I'll try to explain better in a future video.
