Thanks for recommending ! I started taking it Nov. 23. I love the tropical one. Breakfast smoothie with turmeric and ginger. I’m 66. Lost around my face hairline. I have cute hairs growing back. I've bought this and used it for a couple years as well. I thought the daily dose was one scoop but the packaging says no more than 4 scoops a day. I kind of wonder if some of the testing and great results people see are from taking much more than one scoop a day. It wouldn't be affordable for me to take more than one scoop a day.

Something is off about the Sparkle brand because the collagen packaging says "30 serves" instead of "30 servings". Even their new labels say it.

What is your opinion on the one they have for bones? I started using that one about a month ago to help improve my bone density. I am hoping it helps. Do you think you can mix the 2 different ones?

I've seen several derms and at least one esty and they all have different recommendations on collagen. Not to mention at least one ob/gyn who focuses on menopause who has her own brand of collagen.

If you are talking about Dr. Mary Claire Haver or Penn Smith, Sparkle is the brand they sell and talk about. Sparkle makes Dr. Havers brand for her, it’s a mix of 2 of their products.

The company says nothing about the treatment of the animals used to make this product. In the US that usually means it’s not good. I want to support my internal beauty as well as external. So, this has to be a “no” for me.

If you add a collagen powder to hot coffee or hot tea; the vitamins in the powder break down and their value is lost.
