Hi pals! This week I made myself my first bit of gear for the D&D campaign I've recently been invited to join! I've immediately become a dice goblin, and can't wait to make myself more accessories for playing!
Also please share your characters/fun dungeons and dragons stories! I've been loving learning about it all!

Hi!! Nice to see a fellow sewing nerd! I have been making the bags and I am starting to branch out a little to making the trays. You are making it so easy to follow!! Hi Bert!! Boo and Beef say hello. < my puppers> D&D story.... I am currently playing a Tabaxi ( Cat person ) rogue ( Phantom subclass ) And she talks to ghosts. We have been on a few adventures with people that have caught others off guard when she starts talking .. and then stares at other people calling them nosy.. and butt out of her conversations. The ghosts can sometimes lend her abilities which have been loads of fun. Make sure to check out D&D beyond if you aren't using that already. And just have the best time! It's the best way to learning how to handle situations and venting out frustrations of the week. LOL

I'm so glad you're finding it easy to follow along! And that's funny, my character died and got to come back as a phantom rogue - it's been SO FUN developing that character and getting more comfortable with all of it.

I've been playing a mouse folk circle of spores druid for a bit who is flavored to be a baker. Just yesterday in our session I got to give our party water breathing and we snuck into a secret underwater smuggling buisness. I was able, in the most epic way, able to save a half ork from dying by drowning using ust of wind to give him some more air. It was GREAT!

This is a great project! I'm going to go make some for all my players. I'm a new DM (and new to D&D) so I'm having a blast with all the crafty stuff! Are you still playing with your Dragonborn character? Also is that a heating pad for your upper back/shoulders? That looks amazing.

Hi! Yes I am still playing my Dragonborn! She was an Inquisitor rogue but kinda died a bit and came back as a phantom rogue - which I think is that much cooler 😁 and yes! I use that shoulder heating pad basically everyday - it has an adjustable wire at the top so you can wrap it around your neck. Game changer!

Love this! We are big Farkle players and a tray like that would be great for the more "enthusiastic" individuals in our house.

FARKLE IS SO FUN! I've only played a couple times but I've really enjoyed it. I play it pretty safe, and it's been 50/50 on how well I do 😁

Pro tip ::snort. It's me. I'm the pro:: if you add this into your show stock, use Peltex 71F (one sided iron on, ultra firm stabilizer, or 2 sided, or sew in. Those have different numbers) to make it flat on the bottom. These, in an 8 x 10 version, are a stock item for me. They're a PITA when you put in the Peltex, but they're a great seller and an excellent ROI. I do strips of Peltex in the 1 inch space too. Skip the corners where the snaps are. Put it all in before you top stitch and before you do the center square. Iron. Square. Top stitch. I don't D&D, but I do Pathfinder. Same idea. I play a Halfling Rogue, named Calliope.

This is now on my list to try!! 💙 Thank you for always being so helpful and supportive and lending a hand when I'm even too stubborn to take it the first time 😂😂

Cool project! I’ve long wanted to make a super wide mouth dice bag that could act as a tray when fully opened. I’m not sure how actually possible this idea is, but I want to try.

I was also thinking about this!! I've done one that ended up too small for working as a tray, but it'd just be a matter of starting with bigger circles of fabric! What I'm hearing is: we need a bag making party soon? 😁
