The wiper judder can be a couple of things. How old are they? The rubber becomes harder over time due to UV. Even if they still remove water fine they will judder. Not sure if DK Detailing has sealed your windscreen but certain products that aren’t designed for glass can affect how the wipers behave. I use H2go on my windows and don’t experience any wiper judder, but then again with a decent window sealant you won’t have to use your wipers as much.

If you drive a shared truck put a wet wipe around what looks like a clean steering wheel and see how much muck comes of it … then think about how often you wipe your nose and scratch yer nuts in a day then hold the wheel

The problem is the plastic coating has worn off leaving rubber underneath so yeah you do get a lot of rubbish come off the steering wheel but you never get rid of it. As Engineers don’t always have gloves on or it’s just a nightmare.

Loving the video once again Tim! Collecting new Volvo Trucks; I personally don't like them that much, as they look a bit too ridiculous but I could be wrong. What an absolute beast of a car you now have, LitchField have done a great job on it and with a hefty price💀. Great job with the GTR, I had dump valves for a while but when I got my Cosworth I had them taken off as I loved the chatter more. Mine had 350bhp and 500lb torque. Miss my sapphire cosworth 4x4. Can't wait to see the GTR on your other channel.

Possible causes for rubbing, squeaking or rattling wipers can be: Wax residues or dirt on the windscreen weren't removed beforehand. New wipers haven't been adjusted properly after they've been changed. Older wiper blades with rubber that has already hardened no longer glide cleanly.

If you've got any sort of spray wax or coating on your windows you'll need to do the wipers aswell to stop juddering. GTR is looking snd sounding incredible 🫶🏼🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The Volvo gas engine system is ingenious. Besides gas you need to fill up diesel, and because the diesel also AdBlue. It also has a DPF. Don't we all love the most complex things to go wrong. Scania and Iveco just put sparkplugs in and the engine works with gas only , like a petrol engine.

Tim is talking LPG or CNG (Liquid petroleum gas, or compressed natural gas) which is the same as Butane or Propane, and this can be ignited by the heat created within the combustion chamber of a diesel engine (once the engine is up to temperature by compression alone)

LNG trucks only have a small tank. The pressure of the gas dictates the size of the tank. Maidstone council had 16 bin trucks. Their day work had to be cut down because of returning to depot to regas proved to be to impractical and expensive. They just could not wait to Finnish their contract and they wouldn’t sell them in the uk because of the extremely poor reliability. They were sold to a Spanish waste disposal company. Our workshop was really glad to see the back of them.

dont add spacers - use wheels with the offset you need to bring the wheel out to the arch spacers will increase the stress on the components, and also introduce more camber on the fronts.. and also back IF they also have independednt suspension and not a solid axel also - is your clutch rated to be ok with the torque? you might have to uprate the clutch friction plate/flywheel ... then brakes if you uprate one thing, you have to upright other things too... or something will scream... eventually
