Yeah I don't think I had ever noticed it myself either during my many childhood playthroughs, only when I started doing 100% speedruns of the game because people cast on it for easy beans haha

More HP1 PC content! 🎉 I can watch HP1 runs all the time. Somehow my favourite games to watch are 1 and 4 PC and all the GBC games... I think I am in the minority but oh well 😂

Regarding 4 PC and 1GBC I have worse news though, I know some people that love those games but for a majority of people those are the ones they rather skip 😅 I personally really like your selection of favorite games to watch and I'm happy that you are enjoying those 🎉

Exactly the point of this run, love that comment 🤣 Imagine only doing Memeruns in a single game, that sounds waaay too lame to me, ofc we have to mix it up and switch the games around as well...

1:01:20 It baffles me to this day. It was the same studio - KnowWonder - producing a next game in the series. I get it that they decided to replace Flipendo with Depulso, but then, why Rictusempra knocking out effect and Flipendo\Depulso pushing away effect were swapped? Depulso means something like "push away" in Latin, while Rictusempra is long-established as an incantation for the Ticking Jinx, which presumably knocks out smaller critters due to overstimulation basically... It makes even less sense, because Rictusempra symbol was assigned to Depulso, while a new symbol - presumably intended for Depulso - was attached to Rictusempra! And all of that was in parallel to them keeping with the "-fors" for Animation Spells - Avifors (HP1 PS1) was continued into Lapifors and Draconifors! 🤯🤦‍♂

The less is said about HP2 "Expelliarmus" the better. Since when was it a reflecting shielding incantation? Also, its sign always read like a green bottle to me. Mimblewimble would've been a better "shielding" replacement as it was a spell word invented for the game, and in turn, it would've kept Expelliarmus as an offensive spell with a more or less canonical effect of interrupting the foe (it's hard to cast when your grip on the wand is disrupted).

@@Vladimir_Kv In the developers' defense, the spell which best matches how Expelliarmus functions in the game is Protego, which wasn't introduced until Order of the Phoenix, released a year after the game came out. At the time, "disarming" was the closest concept to "shielding" that had a spell associated with it. It's also worth pointing out that Expelliarmus CAN be used to cause an opponent's spell to backfire, as demonstrated by Harry in book 7. Also, as a sidenote, the word "Mimblewimble" wasn't made up for the game, but that is where it was first used as an incantation. It previously showed up as a nonsense word spoken by a flustered Vernon Dursley.

I really love to substitute some Korean Girls as Wizard Card and using as my phone background with number on it. But, they are NOT my acquaintances, they're just from Instagram or else, which neither us nor them know each other.

Making custom Wizard Cards can be pretty fun so I understand why ou enjoy doing that 😄 I have a couple with myself as well that members of the community made, it's just so easy to put together and ends up looking really sick!

2:37:11 I remember that i was never able to go through the HP4, after i bought the game... IDK, why this happened, but the game, back then, had something like a lag - when i, for example, wanted to go forward, the character literally won't move for minutes, i clicked multiple times on a forward button (W button, IIRC), and the characters won't move an inch. Then after few minutes, they suddenly would move... but too much, and because of that, controls were just horrible. So I got stuck at dragon in a forbidden forest... and then i Gave up on that game.
