The Ten Numb minifigure in the extra toggle display isn't just an unused character in the files. In lego star wars 2 he was a completely unused character but in the complete saga you actually can see him in the ending cutscene of bounty hunter pursuit.

I’m sure you know by now, but the “defect” on the visor is where the sprue was when it was chromed. There’s an ebay listing image that shows them still on the sprue if you’re curious

@ the back is the biggest difference. The brick rebellion one is long and almost a rounded oval shaped as opposed to the TCS version which is more of a upside down squid shape and a lot narrower. The amount of lines and the pattern in is also different. I could send pictures if you have anywhere I can send them to?
