@@brianhimmelman420 It was no daily. It was fully built from suspension, to catless titanium exhaust, to turbos/IC's and meth injection. Was tuned for 100 octane weekend fun.

Would be good if you addressed why many people who buy the turbo s end up getting bored by it for some reason bc it's so good at being fast that it somehow becomes boring. I have a manual 992 S which I love but have always been intrigued by the turbo s..

@@alechall7082 😂 I didn't say i understood it but it's a common complaint.. My buddy who also owns or has owned turbo s, GT3, gt4, various Ferraris and a few lambos is a bit of a car snob but he actively encouraged me to avoid the turbo models and said to go with a GT car instead.. He leans more toward raw track cars vs grand touring cars. What I usually hear is they want to be actively challenged by the car and the turbo s is so highly optimized it feels more like a video 🎮 game.

‘THE’ Daily Supercar ? Of course. But remove the word ‘Daily’ and then we enter a different use-case. Grand Tourer ? Sure. Hugely admirable. But how the hell in Starmerland can you use this thing ? You can’t. Unless your commute is Munich to Stuttgart and back, I’d ‘stick with the stick’ to find your kicks lower down the Porsche food-chain…. Or stump up the silly overs for the Sport Classic ? Hey, if we get a recession in Europe (likely at this rate) Porsche might actually put a manual back on the ‘Turbo’ options list …..

turbo Ss are a waste of a 911 badge; they scream "I don't know how to drive a sports car but I have a lot of money!", they are the worst cars in Porsche's lineup, immediately after the Taycan's and, for sure, the worst from the 911 product range. As a driving enthusiast, you should be embarrassed to be seen in such a 911; I know I would!(if regular(also turbo, unfortunately) 911s are too slow for you, then learn how to drive and get a GT car; everything else points at being more interested in bragging and brand association than driving...and you're a porsche 911 driver so, don't be that!)

@@caryg4638 exactly because of those, so called, attributes, the turbo isn't a driver's car!, this is as far from a driver's car as a taycan!, and it isn't a grand tourer..., it is way to compromised for that; it is just a waste of money. in the instant someone would say 'I drive a turbo', I'd excuse myself and walk away; it is for ppl who have nothing but spec numbers to say about them and about their driving...no skill, no understanding, nothing enthusiastically related. Electric cars are more appealing than a turbo; and I am not sorry, this is a joke of a review...it is just a video advertorial but with no mentioning about the fact that it is a paid video blog commercial. I honestly understand Porsche..needing to move some new unsold stock and encourage less stock on the used market but, the turbo is the most depreciating 911 version of current times, that's how good it is...., and not technically, because technically it is great...it is just the fact that it is the 911 version that is the least engaging and involving from them all. Like I have said in my og comment, it is the 911 for non-drivers and non-enthusiasts...the perfect car for posers and pretenders. edit. if you want a real 911 but you don't have the balls and skills for a gt car, simply get the new carrera T!, it is core 911 and core Porsche 911 driver's car; a turbo isn't even 50% as involving as that..and I didn't even compare it with the 992.2 model; based on how good the .1 model was, this 992.2 is probably off the charts, still lower than a gt 911 but, better than all other 911 versions. Don't be a sheep and get sheep 911s!, go ahead and get the real ones!
