👋 After over 1 year of waiting to buy the all new 2023 Nissan Z Performance. I have finally bought my new manual transmission JDM sportscar! It all came together and today I take delivery of my brand new car! This new manual sportscar packs 400 HP and rear wheel drive! However there is a twist!
Today we take delivery of my brand new 2023 Toyota GR Supra with the manual transmission! After selling my 2020 Supra 18 months ago to buy the all new 2023 Nissan Z Performance, I just couldn't see buying a car that didn't check all of the boxes. The A90 Supra is one of the best cars money can buy and I could not resist buying the 2023 manual transmission Supra! Join me as I take delivery of the manual Supra! It's a deja vu moment collecting my second Toyota Supra alongside my R35 Nissan GTR, and now having a Supra with the manual is even better! Truly can't express how nice the new manual Supra is already! In this video, I'm sharing my exciting news - I've bought a 2023 Toyota Supra with the manual transmission! Very nice and congrats! I can tell you are really happy with the new Supra MT. Sold my C8 which I loved but was lucky enough to get the A91-MT and cannot say enough goods things about the Supra. Such a FUN car to drive. Can’t wait to see what you do to the car. I added a lot of Verus Engineering parts to my Supra to make it mine. Powder coated the exhaust tips black which would look awesome on your car. Enjoy upgrading and driving your new Supra. Beautiful ride.

Hey Brian, yes, I was right I was thinking the manual supra for sure. My second thought might be the GR corolla. Not surprised at all what I am surprised that is the color don’t get me wrong the super looks awesome in Black. I’ve had 4 black vehicles 86 MR2 , 91 MR2, 88 supra and 94 Silverado. kind of a love- hate relationship definitely a lot more love than hate. We’ve gone back-and-forth before over the two bucket wash method so I won’t go back into that but what I would highly suggest get yourself an ego blower to dry the car. you should be able to pick up a ego blower on eBay for $300 or less that’s with the battery and charger The 580-765 are the models I recommend you can hunt for the best price. By blowing the car off with an electric blower, you can reduce the touching by about 50% the less you touch it the less chance of making marks and the blower comes in handy. I blow my garage out all the time. Sorry about the older younger thing you don’t look older than Mike he just looks younger. Have a good one.

Yeah I don't like black cars. But these are hard to find and this one popped up. And I'll be getting it ceramic coated. I dry the GTR with a leaf blower lol. I did this with it a little in the video but very gently dried it off. Paint looks perfect so the coating will protect it. But I plan to wrap it and black is the color to wrap.

Jason David Frank put up a helluva history in the franchise before he was gone, and I would never, ever forget about it. Staring as a character named Tommy Oliver in the franchise, and him being the black ranger was truly a huge hit to me. And that is why your Supra should have the character's name as a memory of him.

lol this. I love how good the Supra handles. And with a tune and exhaust this is much faster then the Mach 1. However, the Mach 1 is one of my favorite Mustangs. But I just like cars that handle better and can very easily be built for more speed too. I love turbos and tight turns!

I have a soft spot for Toyotas because my first car in high school was a ‘94 manual Celica GT and I’ve loved manual sports cars ever since but I also love Fords and currently own a Gen 2 Raptor. So what I’m saying is I want both and am having a hard time choosing! V8 rumble vs sporty turbo 6 whooshes lol

That is a tough choice to be honest! If you're a big fan of both I dont know how to decide! I'd say, do you need back seats and a big trunk? That would be my selling factor. Mach 1's are on the used market and are easier to buy. So I'm leaning towards a Supra if you don't need the practicality and can get one at MSRP

It was a close choice between the GR Corolla and the GR Supra. I ended up ordering the GR Circuit Edition. AWD, and better on the Dirt roads. 4 seats too. Remember I still have my GT-R for the paved roads in the summer. My Corolla will be my off-season car and to bridge the gap until my AWD Solar powered Aptera is delivered.

@@BrosFOURRSpeed I get it now. You don't have the Z. The 6 speed manual GR Supra is a better car than the Z anyway. I don't have much faith in the 3.0T I've had both the 3.0T and the 3.7 (in a G37IPL), unfortunately it was an automatic transmission.

@@johninnh4880 Yeah I made the whole vid on canceling the Z. And I have another one coming of why I picked the Supra over it. Supra just is a step up and was worth the price increase. Just a solid car with no cut corners. Z is still good and they have made crazy power out of it. We'll see what it does in the long run tho

Just got this exact car but in Ren Red 2.0. How much did you pay for it? I was thankful to get mine UNDER MSRP. But karma would not be kind for long as a baby deer hit me on my way home. Minor damages but still something that should have never happened to an amazing machine like this. I have to say how incredible the manual shifts. Incredibly smooth and the rev matching makes you feel like you're playing a video game.

You made the better choice. I think the Z is a little lack luster and not as much potential. If I didn't already have so much done to my 2020 A90 I would switch.

I agree. Good car, but not a special car. The Nismo will have that extra wow factor I wanted from the Z. Can't go wrong with any Supra!

Yeah it needs a trunk button for sure! It does have functional brake ducts tho. And I have an iPhone. But its just such a better sportscar than the Z by a lot!

I didn't! This came up out of the blue! A buyer backed out and my friend asked if I knew anyone who was interested. They were going to dealer trade it by the end of the week. That tipped me over the fence and I jumped on it!
