This is Appalachian Trail Bluegrass Band with Tommy Austin from Fall Branch, Tennessee providing vocal on Colleen Malone. This was recorded at 2015 Kingsport FunFest Event sponsored by Dr. Frank L. Oglesby (Optometrist) on 15 July 2015 in Kingsport, Tennessee. The performance area was adjacent to opening night of "Taste Of Tri-Cities" held in J. Fred Johnson Memorial Park.

Smiles and Sight Community Appreciation Day!
This event will take place on Wednesday, July 15th from 2-7 in our parking lot. We are teaming up with Martin Dentistry and Dr. John Alan Smith to celebrate you! There will be a bouncy house and a 21 ft inflatable slide for the kiddos! We will also have corn hole, face painting, balloon animals, etc.! Appalachian Trail Bluegrass band will be performing from 5-7. There will be several prizes available to win from all three offices!"
Appalachian Trail Bluegrass Band has been around since 1984 and is headed up by Tommy Austin (mandolin) and Vicki Austin (bass) who provide most of the vocal leads. Appalachian Trail here is (from left): Glen Rose (banjo), Tommy Austin (mandolin, vocals), Vicki Austin (bass, vocals), and Alan Hughes (guitar, vocals), and Tony Dingus guest- dobro). Not present was Ashley Davis, fiddle/vocals. Although Appalachian Trail does perform many cover songs, Tommy and Vicki Austin are also songwriters who perform much original work in concert and on published recordings.
