Looks cool KJ. 64 teams seems sort of small. Would be cool to have different league options for size. Combining the two rosters you mentioned would be perfect.

Dude I can’t WAIT! I’m so excited for this game. Will there be any AI tweaks on this one, that was my biggest complaint on the last game. Either too easy or too difficult.

yes. at least on switch, its way too easy to complete deep passes, and just big plays in general

I just found Legend Bowl on the Switch. I have not seen any marketing or advertising for the game. I wish I would have found it sooner, as someone who grew up on Sega Sports games, all the great EA sports games on the Genesis and then 2k games on the Dreamcast I grew tired of the same ole bullshit over the last 10-15 years. This is the best thing going for at least football right now. Hopefully y’all do baseball or hockey down the road, loved MLB Baseball on the Switch but the Show killed it and I’m not a fan of the show either. I always go back to the older titles. Bring College Bowl to the Switch! Or if not I’ll have to buy a Steamdeck cuz I travel a lot and I game primarily on handheld devices. ❤

@@paxhumana2015 I like that a lot I just think there should be like 12 to 15 weeks and also with 8 conferences and one independence and then each conference winner will get a home game first round and then there will be 8 more teams make it from the top 8 left from the top 25 and there should be bowl games starting in the semi to make it fair and that will be 2 week span from the other bowl games and I think just for the fun and giggles take the worst two teams and do the toilet bowl lol

Looks fab. I've been absolutely loving Legend Bowl and I'm sure I'll enjoy this just as much if not more. Any plans to backport some of the game improvements to LB? Playbook customization, RPO, laterals all sound fabulous. Enjoy the holidays!

@@paxhumana2015 It's obviously not going to ship with any licensed logos or teams, dev time spent fighting legal battles means less resources for the actual game. The license request is a long running joke, since whenever people see a football game it's the first thing they want.

Basically competing with EA at launch. I'd launch on PC then because console players will stick with EA College Football.

This is the mistake Legend Bowl made, a lot of the potential interest just vanished when it was released shortly before Madden. That was a naïve decision, you can't release your game shortly before the biggest competitor (and Madden is definitely a competitor). People will not buy both, they'll take the one with a proven track record; especially when it comes to KZbinrs, who gave it zero coverage in favour of the game proven to get them clicks/views. Hopefully lessons were learned and this won't happen for College Bowl. Pay attention to the market, release in a window with minimal competition. Otherwise, it's going to fly under everyone's radar.

That would be nice, but nah it's going to have 64 teams as of right now. The more you add teams, the more assets need to be added to the game and performance will suffer.

If you like Legend Bowl, then you'll like this even more. It's obviously College themed, but beyond that there's a ton of improvements and enhancements done to the game. No brainer IMHO.

I respect the fact that you made such a great game in Legend Bowl. And I understand that you do not have money for licensed teams. But for college football, recruiting is big. Great job there. But to be honest with you, if you have generic teams in both Legend Bowl and College Bowl, there is really no visual difference. And with pixelated graphics, college bowl doesn't have enough that is new. I own Legend Bowl already. If you could have taken time to create a big college atmosphere. For example, for big plays/rivalries, you could pan the camera out and show the pixelated crowd going crazy, increasing the volume of the audio for that moment, and maybe have the screen start shaking. Make it epic for us. Are their mascots on the sidelines? In closing, I respect what you have done, but recruiting alone does not interest me. Add something substantial to the college football atmosphere, and that will attract potential buyers...

I appreciate your feedback! This game is a huge step up from Legend Bowl and can be considered an upgrade for sure. Not saying it's for everyone, but if you liked Legend Bowl, then you'll like this even more.
