No denial- entitled. I know this type. I have hung out with them. Very rich and think they are too smart and cool for any laws. Parents created him to be like this. Not denial at all. They still think their boy is a victim (of the sytem) and that the cop deservered it for harassing him. It's hard to explain but they really feel like they are all victims. They truly have zero remorse for the cop. Trust that. Again, I know the type. Did you notice his $60k BMW? I did.

@@atsylor5549100% correct. You'd think someone with such a loving and close relationship with his family, "vulnerable" enough to tell them how much he "loves" them in front of the cops and how bad of an error he'd made would have thought of them first before resorting to gun violence in an attempt to solve his issues. He even got his own father to apologize to him in case he "let him down."

It shows the state of their relationship. They probably never even spoke that way to each other. It took killing someone you know. 😔 when your kids are troubled, don't send them away. His response goes to show you that he has never been held accountable to anything. And when he has faced something challenging leading to trouble, his parents came to his rescue. A raised mindset of my actions don’t have consequences. What’s sad is his actions this time had consequences that his parents were not able to get him out of. This is classic behavior for the more affluent members of our society. I have been around it and seen it many times. And they always seem to say they have mental challenges. Only challenge I see is the lack of understanding that actions will eventually have consequences.

obviously doesn't justify murder but he was 100% getting charged with more than a citation - they would have found the stolen gun eventually & probably would have given him a distribution charge on the drugs. so really he'd have been facing 3 felonies: drug distribution (in texas - max life), theft of a firearm (max 2 years), possession of a firearm in a prohibited place (max 10 years). he likely wouldn't have gotten max on any of these but i guarantee you he was thinking about the max sentences when he came up with the idea to shoot the cop. regardless, you're right, dude is a psychopath.

Putting someone in handcuffs who has committed a crime is not treating them as other than human. This is an example of THE reason why you put them in handcuffs and keep them there till literally every orifice has been searched. Also it prevents officers from getting injured or suspects from deciding they don't want to comply. Handcuffs can't be removed, but you can't bring someone back to life.

well, he was being punished by a dog of the state for his personal possessions. some people think that sort of thing is wrong. if nobody ever fights back then we'll end up as slaves in every aspect and moment of life.

@@JustinCrediblename What video did you watch? We still have laws in this country. I will agree that nowadays they are only normally enforced on people who only vote a certain way & they ones that vote the opposite way are free to commit all the crimes they want with no fears of punishment. Please see chicago, nyc & all of commifornia for examples. Laws with punishments are good for a society to continue to exist. No laws or laws not enforced with punishments are the death of a society. But just to let you know ahead of time the end result is eventually NW0 will swoop in when citizens are crying out for help against the criminal organizations saying if you agree to give up all of your rights & your freedoms we will stop all of this & be your heros. However you & your family lives, breathes & works for the NW0 now. You will praise us as gods. Meanwhile everybody has forgotten these same people created the whole situation to begin with. Sounds like your mentality has already been groomed to see criminals as the victims & actual innocent people as the problem & the baddies. Snap out of it before you are crying out for help from the NW0 & it is too late.

@@MercedesE63S-AMG it took a bit of work, actually, to attempt to see the side of the convicted criminals with any regularity. I used to default to siding with the authoritarians that enforced victimless crime legislation, but I'm not such a scumbag anymore. I'm aware of the NWO. I'm also aware that it's those people who created the absurd Drug Schedule that we see still in effect today. I'm also aware that a constitutional amendment was literally necessary to regulate ethanol, but wasn't enacted for federal regulation of other drugs. That's called having a lawless government. Now these cops aren't feds, but they're still trying to ruin someone's life over victimless crime legislation. Not harming anyone else is a crime in what kind of society? lazy unfair societies. A dog of such a society is doing evil.

You made a point...being drugged could explain his complete inability to properly grasp what he'd just done...and possibly explain the parents reaction. If he's typically not all there, they could be just accustomed to talking to him like this.

What a disturbing story. This young man seemed like such an easygoing and normal college kid. The murder was so senseless and impulsive. It’s scary to think that there are people that are so flippant and apathetic about taking someone’s life.
