thank you! i didn't need to buy a bed raiser for this bed ~ it had a slotted frame that's adjustable, so something like a rubber mallet can be used to tap underneath the frame to unhook it from the bed legs, move it upwards, and hook it back!

hellooo - i’ve had really great roommate experiences and it’s like living with a friend! - at purdue, freshmen can’t pick their dorms but sophomores and above are able to pick their dorms and which floors/rooms they want to be in - single rooms are usually the most expensive and newer buildings like this one in the video are also more expensive. most people do shared double/triple rooms! - my dorm rooms in the past have been pretty spacious, but some dorms can be a little cramped so it depends on the building your dorm is in and how much stuff you bring into your room - some ways to earn money that i can think of are working at dining courts, being a barista at cafes, and tutoring other students

overall i'd say purdue isn't super hard to get into! if you're going for a highly competitive major (i.e. electrical/computer engineering), the most difficult part isn't being accepted but passing hard ("weed out") classes at purdue

you can unhook the bed frame that’s holding the mattress and move it up higher! if you want to loft it like a bunk bed, you would have to call purdue’s bed lofting service and ask them to do it before you move in
