I recommend the TI-39x Pro. It's still FE-certified so you should be able to use it for class and it's nice to use. I prefer it to my TI-84 now that I'm used to it, everything you need and it's easy to get to the useful functions since there isn't too much it can do.

For your iPod classic I would suggest waltr 2, it is way more convenient than itunes. It is pretty much drag and drop your music files and it finds and assigns album art for you. Also cool video btw brings me back to the old KZbin days love it.

@@TechDave t14 runs great! its the gen 4. m1 i mainly use for video/photo editing and content consumption, and the thinkpad is more for my automated programming work/windows exclusive programs currently. may change in the future though!

T480 solid as heck device, looking into the t14s gen 3/4 as i want to replace my p51 w/ a win11/more modern gpu for editing & music production, plus i imagine the 4gb gddr6/rtx cards in them smash davinci resolve & ableton 11 & some pretty decent gaming performance too My p51 is 7th gen so just on the cusp of usable until Oct 25, at which point I move it to Linux! U done much gaming on the t14? Just recently upgraded my t480 to 32gb ddr4 2400T, next is a 2tb nvme, and I use it exclusively for gaming & admin stuff atm w/ an rx 6600 8gb in an eGPU, so as long term review on it's way

@@TechDave t14s gen 4 has been pretty solid for me, although the integrated 740m (i think it is? anyways, the integrated ryzen graphics) might not be enough if you're looking into heavy editing/gaming. i was looking into gettting a p14s instead or a p1 for gaming/editing but just ended up with the t14s because i edit on my mac, and none of the games i play are too intensive. it cranks through rimworld, project zomboid, league/val if that is important to you lol

7:14 i don't really understand why these "productivity creators" doesn't like video games, they always say is a waste of time, and "it's better to read books". video games for me was never a waste of time, i actually did learn a lot from video games. i love learning about new stories and merging myself into, but i don't enjoy fictional books as much. plus i think there are other beneficial things video games can give us. for example, i would never get into technology and learn a new language if it wasn't for video games. nice vid btw! i really enjoy it.
