Past time the Acc and Big 12 left and did their own thing. The last thing the Sec and Big 10 wants is those 2 to stay in tact and offer competition. The Acc should have at least 3 in. Put Penn st and Indiana in the ACC and they are middle pack.

There shouldn't be any scenario where a power 4 conference champ gets left out of a 12 team playoff. Absurd. They tried to "fix" the playoff by expanding it and changing the qualifying criteria, and still managed to screw it up.

No longer "Locked on ACC" like when Candance was cohost. It's all about how bad FSU is. As a Nole fan WE KNOW Donno. I also went to the University of Miami. The show you guys is SUPPOSED to be about all ACC sports and not harping on one team's bad season. FSU won the ACC football championship last year and how many times before that. I forgot when NC State and Miami won it last. Still waiting to hear one mention that FSU's soccer team just won the ACC championship for the 4th straight year; the national championship in 3 out of the last 5 years. How could Kento and Donno not know this???. I knew about the "highest remaining" loophole as soon as they announced it. That immediately told me that it was going to be the SEC committee's main tool in their trick bag. It enables everyone in the SEC to lose a couple games and displace a 2 loss champion from the other conferences. How can you have a "locked on" channel and not immediately suss that out? I kind of thought it also might be used against ND if they're on the bubble as well. But, it's clearly a tool to choose the champions that will give the SEC the best chance to win it all. I can forsee a year where Clemson goes undefeated but loses to Notre Dame. Then they lose in ACC champ game to a two loss ACC team and both are sitting there with 2 losses, and then both get displaced by loser SEC teams. For this reason ACC needs to invoke the exception to put ND in the ACC champ game even if they only played 5 ACC teams that season. The SEC wants to play GAMES...then so should the ACC.

Right now, things look very bad for Miami and SMU. Neither of them have the two best ACC teams on their resumes in Clemson and ND, It doesn't matter if you think otherwise...It's how they think.
