DG, you know the ranking dont matter until November 😂 FPI doesnt calculate Michigan sitting its starters in the 3rd and 4th of every game. Michigan doesnt give af about spreads and running up scores. Thats what the FPI loves

Excellent video, thank you for the recap, I look forward to this every Sunday morning. Could you possibly give us your weekly playoff picture after your power rankings just to give us your thoughts on who will perhaps win out their schedules and your first and second out playoff teams. I like your analyses and need about a 20minute video for satisfaction lol.

1) The spread” doesn’t mean a darn thing to any football coach anywhere. Whenever I hear anyone mention “the spread”, I know I’m listening to an idiot. Has anyone ever heard a coach say, “we played good enough to win, but we didn’t cover the spread”? I didn’t think so. 2) The defending national champions, riding a 22 game win streak (and winning 34 of their last 35) is not ranked #1 “by default”. To be the man, you gotta beat the man. So until another team beats UGA, they will continue to be ranked #1. And according to the latest AP rankings, more than half the voters agree with that logic. And the other half are regional media homers (like you). 3) Georgia had Oklahoma on their 2023 schedule, and the Sooners were removed when it was announced that OU was joining the SEC. That decision was not made by Georgia. So how did Georgia try to gain an “advantage”? Look it up, Ginger. And while you’re at it, look up the OOC games UGA scheduled the last 5 years. (I’ll help you- Oregon, Clemson and Notre Dame) Do us all a favor and share your CFB resume and accreditations…..and, hours of PlayStation doesn’t count.

USC has the worst defense in college football. Alex Grinch should be coaching high school punters. Not defense.

Hey DG, question: Can you imagine this scenario where Ryan Day loses again to Michigan this year, gets fired, then Urban Meyer coming out of retirement and retains Day as offensive coordinator?
@tmc4988 Жыл бұрын
The Reason JJ is above Caleb, is because JJ is more accurate. Lincoln Riley’s offense is always built around the QB, so Caleb is going to throw ALOT, but going 40-65 doesn’t mean you’re accurate, you just threw a lot.
