this really pointed out the pros and cons but im still conflicted me and my step dad dont really get along at my moms house and sometimes i argue more often w my mom but i still love he sm, at my dads house im conflicted cuz me and my dad dont conversate a lot but hes a good dad,yet he lives in another state from my mom so idk weather to go to school in the same state as my dad or my mum or just somewhere brand new.

Your decision should be made not by where your parents live but rather by where the university you like is located. You should be shopping around for your number one or two choice schools by doing actual visits to the campuses.
