Hello , iam working as an assistant professor in govt college . I have watched your video and as teacher i just want to share my perspective which may be wrong acc to some .. 1. I completely agree with your video and humiliation,disrespect is totally wrong as it might effect the mental behaviour of students. But this is also true that we as a teachers also go through depression because of student’s behaviour. Iam not talking about all students bt there are some students in each class who just disrespect teachers without any reason and it is very wrong .. 2. I dont agree with the 2nd point of ego .. see whenever we achieve something in life after going through so many struggles we want that atleast peple should respect that struggle not you .. bt when you see the disrespect coming from the students to whom you love so much then it hurts .. i does not mean we have ego of the post it is just we respect that post a lot . 3. I have learned a lot from your videos and definitely iam gonna follow it .. especially that humiliation wala point because sometimes we as a teacher don’t realise it when do we cross that line or when should we stop. Genuinely as a teacher i can say that we love our students a lot . But this unfortunate things happens sometime but i want to understand them not to judge them please. 4. Go directly and share your prblms with them iam sure they would love to hear them 5. And yes somebody was asking ki computer me kya karte hai dik bhar .. 😂 to literally when you become a govt employee then apko sirf padhane ka kam nahi diya jata hai apke upar itni sari other workload dal dete hai ki teachers na chahte hue b unhe wo kam karna hota hai jisse unke teaching skills pe b fark padta hai .. because obvious they are “sarkari naukar” hai n .. to please try to understand their situation also and if you have any prb try to speak with them . And have mutual repsect.

I had cracked jam but due to partiality i wasn't able to qualify my 4th sem.. There was time that he can conduct the 4th sem exam again(as he was the chief examination controller)but it couldn't be .and i was unable join IIT GUWAHATI

I can mention here more than 20 things which I used to do on my PC as a Assistant professor of chemistry
