commenting a year later but this is giving me severe nostalgia. I visited Barcelona in 2017 and its feels like its been 10 years since I last went. Hopefully I'll be to visit again in the near future. Though it is my goal to go to graduate school in Europe.

You should definitely visit Mallorca whilst you're living in Spain! Especially since it's such a short flight from Barcelona. Always happy to give some travel tips if you were to visit our beautiful island! I wish you all the best with this new chapter in your life xx

@Cophie Verite There are three islands that make up the Balearic Islands: Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza. Menorca is probably the least touristy one and super pretty but very small. Mallorca where Im from, gets quite touristy but is so pretty and there's so so much to do here!! You should defo visit either Mallorca or Menorca one day!

Hey Katie I wanted to ask you something, I am also considering moving to Barcelona for my exchange semester in fall, but would you personally recommend it because the rules due to covid 19 are a lot stricter to where I am from and also I am kind of scared that spain is going to have another lockdown 😬😊

Hi, I'm from Barcelona, and I can tell you the government is considering having another lockdown by september bc covid cases are increasing (this is still not confirmed). If I'm not wrong, depending on where u come from, you'll only have to spend 14 days on quarantine before doing normal life again, or even if you give the papers that you tested negative it won't be necessary, but it'd be better to consult on the Spanish government webpage

Awh loved the travel vlog! In Canada travel is so strict anyone coming from out of the country has to quarantine for 2 weeks by law. Guess Spain doesnt do that.
