BTW, because of this current crisis and anticipating the likelihood of my gym likely closing, I had planned to shift to something without weights before hand and you just happened to post one, so I used some of the routine from your full body workout vid as a guideline. Lol, not four rounds worth though, cause man, those burpees kind of hurt, so...thanks? Ha, kidding, they're painful, but I gotta admit that I feel better after having completed the whole workout, even though the burpees are quite the full body workout by itself. They're certainly a love/hate thing, but thanks for that workout routine, really and thanks for posting.
