I picked up Dungeon Bowl on impulse, having not played any BB for around 10+ years. This was the college that has me enthused to build a team. I'll be rebasing my old metal Nurgle team (already a diverse mix of old models and kitbashes/resculpts already) and adding a horde of snotlings and wardancers to that.

My league I ran many years ago used to just use our normal league teams in the Dungeon Bowl. It was a after season tournament. We used to run a tournament season after our regular season and the league (Blood Bowl) championship was over. Spike Magazine, Dungeon Bowl, and Chaos Cup tournaments.

Skimming through the Dungeon Bowl book properly today and watching some Bone Head Podcast vids as I'm unwell (and as you do!) Some of the team builds are so interesting I'd like to whether I could make a Halfling Snotling Team work obviously with big guys But I do like a challenge

So many choices. This is the team which has the tools to break the corridor wall. Two players types who can leap over. Several player types who can be thrown over and someone to throw them. Plus bomb throwers to target the normal hit str low ag models used.

I'm currently running: 3 elf linemen; 2 wardancers; 2 bloaters; 1 fungus flinga; 2 fun-hoppas; 1 rotspawn with 2 re-rolls, for 1Mil. Rotspawn and bloaters used to clog hallways and end-zone, linemen for minesweeping. Wardancers and fun-hoppas as TD threats and the fungus flinga to help clear clogged hallways..

Does "Swarming" work with DB? I think College of LIfe might be the best DB team because it has such variety: strength, agility, regeneration, speed, Leap/Pogo, and wide range of player pricing to squeeze the most out of the team treasury. Definately requires the most team boxes and add ons to build.

Yeah!!! As promise in an other video this is how I see college of life: 3 Snotling linemen ; 2 Wood elf Wardancer ; 3 Nurgle Bloater ; 2 Snotling Fungas Flinga ; 1 Rotspawn and 3 Reroll for 990k How I see the game play it's start with Bloaters + Rotspawn at the beginning to spread and block strategic points and Snotlings to sacrifice and try to find the ball. Then if you find the ball go heavy on Wardancer they can more or less do the touchdown alone and sometime if your opponent give you a nice opportunity you bring a Fungas to blow every thing. 2/3 figs in an activation with bomb is such a satisfaction.

I love the artillery vibe this team is giving: the bloaters are walking cover for the fungus flingas with the added bonus that their DP will mess up any ability to interfere with those bombs. I'd love to see them be used as a swat team, clearing room after room by bombing the opposition into submission XD

Just noticed snotling linemen have lost “Titchy”. I then checked gnoblars and they still have it. So, I think when they went to remove “Swarming” from the snotlings it was also removed by accident. Let’s hope this gets cleared up in the errata soon.

I'm currently considering 2 wardancers, 1 thrower, 1 catcher and 3 line for the wood elf side supported by 3 hopefuls, 3 snots and 2 fungus flingas, all with 3RR. But I admit that I hadn't initially considered the leap potential of hoppas, the punch of bloaters and the fleshwallness of rotters. My aim is to buy 3 team boxes instead of 4 here, so maybe I should drop Halflings for Nurgle...

Showdoing i think would work well with snotlings in both metas it would help harase in the backfeild on the other coaches turn like a jump up shadow thrown teamate and for laughs add stab

A college of life team could be: 2 Trolls, 1 Flinga, 1 Hoppa, 4 Bloaters, 4 Rotters, 2 Runna, 2 Snotlings and 1 RR.

So you can pick; 2 wardancers 4 Bloaters 5 Rotters 3 Snottling Linemen with swarming 1 RR Well the lack of rerolls are a bit risky but having 2 wardancers with 4 str 4 players and swarming Snottlings on top of that for fouls and assists? Seems perfectly balanced, can't see how anyone would object to facing this team xD
