This reminds me of a real-life instance I saw of a man doing this sort of thing with religion. According to his descriptions, developed a hatred of women due to disagreements he had with female faculty members at the college he attended, and he later converted to Christianity because he felt it validated said hatred. He explained that the Bible verse which inspired him to convert was Ephesians 5:22.

Just to be clear, this man gives muslims a bad name. And many of the islamic terms they use in this episode is twisted. Shahada is the main belief of islam, which says "Allah is the only god, and Mohammed is his prophet." Ramadan teaches a person self-restraint and reminds people of the poor and their everyday life, hence donations to the poor have more importance for them. Woman may have less rights in muslim culture, but every muslim man with a common sense understands that sins are sins, and you will not be excused just because you are a man. Women may have less rights, but because of this men have more responsibilities, and they have to live up to that, and face the consequences of their actions.

They tried sleeping together but he couldn’t perform. The girl told her professor, the professor made a remark about it. He felt humiliated and murdered the professor. He turned to Islam to validate himself, not because he actually embraced its scripture. Hence the Muslim lawyer’s remark “Don’t confuse his politics with my faith.” And why he totally crumbles at the idea of the girl getting on the stand and testifying against him.

There is. When a defendant chooses to appear *_Pro Se,_* the judge can order a licensed attorney to sit as second chair to assist the defendant and help protect his/her rights. The judge did that in this episode but this video omits that part.

If you (u is not a word) are not sound of mind or end up violating your rights due to your incompetence as your own defense (civil rights can't be waived after all), it's still a mistrial. Someone who's not sound of mind can not act in the legal sense, so the act of representing yourself has legally never happened. So the trial will have been concluded without any defense, which is mistrial material.

I've seen this many times, but I still don't understand why he committed the murder. They established that religion wasn't the motive, since he apologized to the Muslim community. He more or less used them as a scapegoat and tried to hide among them to escape his crime. That much is clear to me. But the rest of it - grilling his father while insulting his mother, saying to his so-called girlfriend, "You laughed at me. You laughed." I say so-called girlfriend because I get the gist that while they might have dated, she never considered themselves boyfriend/girlfriend, and that's mainly because of him. The boy is extremely insecure, especially around women. Just we can't take care of these two old women so you can have them back and Is***l fought against taking them home. The fact of the matter is, those hostages are worth more to Is***l in ha***s's captivity, or dead. Then they are worth being brought home safe and sound.And this certainly did not start on october 7th.They are suffering for 75 years. Do not lecture me how your beloved Is***l has all the right in the world to defend itself against innocent babies and defendless women. People like you and your beloved Is**l's all time excuse is But Hu**as, but Hu**as. But except for the fact that, they are not Ki11ing Hu**as or getting those hostages back. Sunan an-Nasa'i 3255: It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah married her when she was six years old, and consummated the marriage with her when she was nine. Sahih al-Bukhari 3896: Khadija died three years before the Prophet (ﷺ) departed to Medina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married `Aisha when she was a girl of six years of age, and he consumed that marriage when she was nine years old. Sunan an-Nasa'i 3380: It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "The Messenger of Allah married me when I was six, and consummated the marriage with me when I was nine, and I used to play with dolls." Sahih al-Bukhari 5158: The Prophet (ﷺ) wrote the (marriage contract) with `Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death). Sirat Rasul Allah by Ibn Ishaq: Suhayli, ii. 79: In the riwaya of Yunus I. I. recorded that the apostle saw her (Ummu'lFadl) when she was a baby crawling before him and said, 'If she grows up and I am still alive I will marry her.'
