To be fair, Batman is supposed to be the world's greatest detective (yes, that's indeed his original characterization), yet pretty much no movie makes use of that. Seems to me like a minor re-edit. I've watched these all a bunch of times and don't recall the music playing in between the jokes. And the way the Riddler groans after getting shot sounds different. Changes don't really improve on the original, so unclear why they were done in the first place.
