I honestly thought this whole video was gonna be about how much Penguin wishes he would die. Like, Batman would literally cripple the Penguin, arms, legs, and just sorta do awful stuff while saying how much better this is than killing while the Penguin objects saying “no this is way worse than killing me. Please kill me!” And then Batman just refuses as he continues to hurt the Penguin even more as Gordon even steps in to stop Batman.
