This is a long podcast but worth the time. The way he explains things is so clear and easy to understand. Great for anyone to watch and learn about all this but also great for health and wellbeing professionals as it gives them a great way of explaining it to their clients as well.

Loving your video that covers so many important topics. My little comment is, as someone who is electrically sensitive, about 20 years ago, I put on a watch with a battery. It was fine at first. It was about four hours later when my whole world instantly turned to "rip that watch off as fast as you can." Which I did. In 2023 we can live without watches; but I still have a gold wind-up watch.
