There are 80,000 people in the benzo groups. Nobody as had success that way. Jordan peterson tried it he also tried ket . If it was that simple Mathew Perry and a whole host of others who fell victim to benzodiazepines would of discovered this method. Didn't work for Eminem maybe read up on their stories. I'm a forager of chaga and reishi. I've used chaga for a few years but was hesitant with reishi. I don't know why but figured I should give it a try if I was going to sell it to others. I'd heard it helped with sleep and promoted a deeper more restfull sleep. Long story short, it does. I'm normally a light sleeper and generally don't sleep more than 6-7 hours. With a little reishi hours before bed time I'll sleep 9-10 hours and feel as though I could sleep more! I haven't tried yet but kind of have to make myself get up. I've also used it topically on my scalp for baldness and have fine hair comeing in. About three months now. The scalp mixture is reishi with two other ingrediants. I'd heard topical use wouldn't work for hair restoration but I was only using the dual extract for my sleep experiment 4-5 times a week when I noticed the fine hair coming in. I increased the frequency of both ( topically and ingesting) and have began taking it in the morning as well. 4-5 Droppers twice a day of wild reishi dual extract and the hair tonic every morning after water only scalp wash.
@timothylongmore73257 ай бұрын
As an update. Last night I skip the bedtime reishi and went back to my old sleep pattern. Which is restless and about 7 hours. Hair has not come in much thicker but still giving it a go. No side effects other than I hardly use sinus medicine at all. I used to have sinus congestion and headaches 3-4 times a month. My almost daily cocktail is several shots of a mixture of 50% chaga dual ex , 25% reishi, and 25% lionsmane in a glass of cranberry juice.

Asja Hifas are from Spain; you should be able to find them all over Europe.

Do they make her hands dance non-stop? I have CFS so will be looking at this more but I think my original pneumonia that has left me with CFS was a fungal lung infection so no thanks to fungi for that. Update; just tried a mushroom complex supplement for about 5 days and absolutely no good effect in fact my CFS got worse after a few days so very disappointed with that.

I just got a big bag of chaga powder from what a lady who died of cancer left behind. Hopefully it will work better for me than it did for her.

I have started micro dosing after a diagnosis of celiac disease and gluten ataxia. My nervous system has taken a painful hit and western medicine has nothing to help. They worry more about people getting addicted to medicine than helping the patients. So your pain is ignored 🤬 it also took them two and a half years to diagnose me. The cost has been enormous and unhelpful. I have a medical person that suggested I try micro dosing and what a difference it has made. I have now started growing my own Lions mane and shiitake mushrooms so I know exactly what I am getting. I grow may different kinds of mushrooms now and my medical friend helps me with the dosing. I have not seen anyone talk about mushrooms for celiac disease and I would love to see some studies done on this.
