Beautiful home for sure. When you said someone is falling in love with this home right now... that was me lol. But as much as I it, for me, the master closet being in the master bathroom is a deal breaker. The reason being, is we rented a fairly new mobile home and the master closet was attached to bath. We lived in the home about a year and when we moved everything in the bottom of the closet was covered in mold from the steam from the showers. Thats one way to clean out your closet. 🙂

I actually like this home🙌🏻 I think the layout is wonderful and well utilized. I am like you I would like tile maybe in shower but also a free standing tub or adding a tub shower and making closet a bit bigger or just tile shower because I rarely use a tub and possibly aelectric fireplace

It's nice, but I notice a lot of manufactures forget to put enough drawers. You shared a video once where all the litter cabinets were actually all drawers. Fantastic concept. Loved that one the best.

Yes. I had a drawers-loaded kitchen before. You just want to make sure there are plenty of deep ones for large pans(stock pot).

For 33 years in Pensacola, FL, I listed & sold thousands of stick built houses, in all prices. Todays Manufactured Homes are equal to, or better than, many of those stick built houses, in my opinion. There’s so much choice in the Manufactured Homes of 2022-23. It’s wise to invest in a Manufactured Home, compared to stick built houses that just can’t compare.

Once you have lived with 9 or 10 feet ceilings, you miss them when you go somewhere else. I love them!! There are some things to consider.... you will want your lights to hang down as they won't light up the floor with a flush mount light fixture say in a hall with a 60 watt bulb. Do a 1&1/2 OR 2 a 2 foot drop light from ceiling. The other is ceiling fan bulbs might not allow you to change bulbs unless you are using something taller than a kitchen chair. The hear and air will be nicer. If your ac blower unit is in attic, you may not hear your air kick on and off. You get a more comfortable temperature. You will want your windows to be at least a foot taller or it won't look as nice. Same for kitchen cabinets. Your kitchen will look so much more fancy if your upper cabinets go up the extra foot. If you go with 10ft ceilings, go up an extra 2 foot with upper cabinets!! You will love them!

Don't care for sink in the island. Hate the cheap wire racks in the closets/utility room. Like the overhead vents. Don't put closet in the bathroom due to humidity! Needs shelves in shower for shampoo, soap, etc.
