I love love love that you actually have a DINING- ROOM. Not an extension of the kitchen but an actual ROOM I love that. I’m sooooo tired of what feels like when I cook that I’m cooking not only in the kitchen but because of all this open concept housing it feels like I’m cooking in my living room or in my dining area. So I’m loving the definition of each room.

This is my absolute favorite single wide home that I have seen. I love the configuration. I live in a 14x70 and I think that I would be beside myself with all the space that this home offers. My home is an Oxford built in 1980. After seeing this tour I believe I need an upgrade! Thanks for showing this beautiful home!

This is the biggest single wide I’ve ever seen. The difference in these homes now compared to what they were like 50 years ago is like night and day. I lived in a mobile home 50 years ago and if they were like this now I may still be living there. One upgrade I would definitely make is a tile shower in the master, don’t need or want a bathtub. I’m sure I would opt for other upgrades but I couldn’t name them now. Great job Nate, keep bringing these gems to us, we sure appreciate your hard work.

This is the best single wide I've ever seen! It has everything except a pantry, and I would just option that in. The finish on the fireplace is lovely, and that is a perfect kitchen setup! You don't see too many single wides with a utility room and a nice big tub in the master bath. The size of the master closet was a nice surprise. The 2nd and master bedrooms were huge for a single wide. I would definitely buy this one! If this is a basic model, I can only imagine what the higher end ones look like! 😯

I really like it. I always like whenever they take use of the wall and make it sort of angled so that there's not that dead space in the corner In the Kitchen. A lot of times that space tends to be under utilized and is just wasted anyway and so I appreciate when they just make it on an angle like the way the stove is

This is a absolutely beautiful floor plan. I love this. I wouldn’t even need any upgrades. Kitchen is well designed.I love how the utility room has space for. Freezer. Very very nice for a single. The kitchen is the best. I would add built ins in the dining & make it a large pantry for all my canning equipment & home canned goods. I would also axe the garden tub & put cabinets in there for linens & towels. A+ for layout. Feels very roomy for a single. Would be a great retirement home for us empty nesters.

I really like this the outside could be dressed up a little bit more. I wonder if they could flip the floor plan and have the kitchen dining room and living room on one end and then have your bedroom start on the other end more like a residential house. That way you can have a garage on the end of it and have it go into the utility room

Nicest single wide I’ve seen in a long time. I love that there is a dining room. And the utility room was just like that in the single wide we had for 18 years. It was odd that in my single wide I had a place for my chest freezer, but when I bought my house I had to put it in the hall coat closet.

In the primary bathroom I would definitely take out the bathtub put in a smaller window at the top and have a huge walk-in shower and where the shower is I would make that a huge linen closet 😊

Very well organized. The design is perfect. My upgrade would be to place a window in the guest bath to get ventilation. Not a fan of the bathtub, just a walk in shower would work. Very very nice.

Perfect kitchen. The master bath, I would dump the tub (there is a tub in the other bathroom), have a large shower in it's place, and where the current shower is, make a storage/linen closet. Maybe switch that window to the outside wall next to the right of the toilet. And I could have a bit shorter home overall with just 2 bedrooms, just one at the other end. Otherwise, it looks great.
