I think llod should throw a turnip up and combo the hit into upsmash to punish the whiffed rest. Does a lot of damage and might even kill at low percents if Jiggs doesn't DI well. Maybe he was going for DI mix ups though I couldn't tell.

Per the commentator's comment on stage selection in the match up, I think FD is considered good for Peach because throwing turnips straight up with no platforms limits Puffs options when coming back to the stage from high.

I think it's a lot harder for Puff to circle camp Peach on that stage because she has no platforms to run to. She has to either land or grab ledge.

the matchup isnt that bad for peach, outside of hbox peachs do pretty good overall
