It is interesting to hear Jose Antonio Ocampo speaking English given the fact that he has such poor diction in Spanish! At least he doesn’t sound like Alvaro Uribe’s Spanglish which is horrible!

Wrong. Peace in Colombia was not achieved 6 years ago during a negotiation. It was achieved between 2002 and 2010 by Alvaro Uribe fighting hard to defeat the guerrillas. 6 years later these guys came to sign a treaty with the already defeated FARC and run a very publicized victory lap.
