The retirement (pensionado) visa became somewhat more complicated and expensive when Resolution 5477 went into effect in 2022, but I would still venture to guess there are far more expats living here with this type of visa than any of the others in the Migrant class. The physical/mental health check required is really a fairly low bar to clear, and is mostly of concern to ex-military applicants who have some form of PTSD.

Thank you! Investor visas are linked to a factor x times minimum income. If I buy a property for 180k and the minimum income increases or the value of the property decreases, does this affect the visa?
