The water is always blue BUT THIS TIME OF YEAR IS PEAK MONSOON so the sediments in sea gets stirred by currents and that's why black..you come down in January onwards or even mid December it won't be there

In our time in Sri Lanka we were fair to tourists 60 % of the business in Colombo Jaffna Tamils . Singhalese & Tamils has bad tension . Even though so many Singhalese worked for Tamils .
