Awesome restore on that ae86, nice to see someone actually knows what guidecoat is. That was alot,alot,alot of work, what's really impressive is that's not even your car and your doing that for a friend?! Amazing work that reverse mechapanda on longchamps is gonna be hard to beat

Thanks for the kind words dude! I had about 3 months into this restoration, so it definitely was a lot of work. Worth it though cause these cars are getting rare these days. Love for the Japanese classics is my greatest motivator.

Black over graphite has always been my favorite 2 tone. I was planning to do this color change on my chassis as well but was beaten to it. Great work

The owner has some worldly connections in 86 Community. A friend in Japan sent us detailed photos and exact measurements.

Pacific coast sells Right Hand Drive vehicles from Japan. This one should be the local car I think
