What's your favourite tool in Lightroom? OR What's a tool you wish you knew more about?

I wish I knew more about modern edits. Like one or 2 colors total. Like the deep blue night shots or bar shots or concert shots. And those brownish orange modern edits of nature.

This is what a tutorial should be! The back to the basics, as easy as possible to explain, makes it simple to follow and even easier to try and execute on your own. Thank you for this!

Anthony - I'm a beginner with Lightroom, and have discovered that while there are lots of useful KZbin channels, most assume a certain amount of prior knowledge, and that creates a real barrier for someone new to the field. This is hands-down the best video I've seen in terms of explaining the basics. I wasn't really sure how colour grading differed from the RSL adjustments until I saw your explanation here. You strike the perfect balance (not easy to do I think!) - beautifully clear, really well expressed. Thanks so much!

Oh my! When someone has a full understanding of a topic is one thing. But when they can really, I mean REALLY pass/explain this knowledge onto another person, that's something. My add brain struggles to connct things, to sometimes understand one word that just won't click in right away and there we gooo I'm missing a whole point. But what you did here? Using multiple different words for the same thing, break down the total basics. I will be forever grateful. And whenever my brain forgets what we learned here, I'm just gonna come back and have a bath in your awesome clear words again. Thank you!

The rare moments when he talked about what a setting makes him feel, eg atmosphere of a desert, was insightful to me. Because that is what photography is for me, not features of Lightroom, but that it makes you feel something

Great tutorial! Thank you for that! A video on the tone curves would be cool! What I find really hard in Lightroom is how all the different tools work together. I mean, there are so many ways to achieve what you want. For example, making the whites darker: you could use the basic panel, the tone curve and even the grading tools. If you could explain this, I think this might be a very helpful tutorial for a lot of us :)
