Color Grading Perfect Skin Tones in Davince Resolve

I'm not an expert, but I like the way my pictures look. Take a look at how I'm color grading LOG footage from my ARRI Alexa Mini LF in Davince Resolve. Let's focus on getting our skin tones dialed in. These are small adjustments that feel super effective, and I apply these to any LOG footage from any camera.
I'm also using Film Convert Nitrate. It's my favorite way to get the "Film Look":

I actually gained something lol. Precisely the skin isollation part. I never did it that way I just eyeballed it at the same time looking at the vector scope, but isolating a section of the skin is a nice thing i have to try in my next video. Thanks Gee.

So honestly about the node arrange ment it is better to put the cst at the ending also you might want to use to CST's one to change from xyz to davinci .... and the second from davinci ... to rec709/ maybe your film...

Just shot a music video (which ends up on KZbin) on an Alexa Mini... never color graded this footage before. I appreciate the Toot however, I replaced the 3rd part plugin with FILM look luts. Looks better than just a base lut

I don't use filmconvert - but isn't it doing a transform from Arri to rec709 in filmconvert? And of course it is definitely doing it with the Arri LUT- so the transform as far as I could tell was being applied twice, and then because of that, you were then dialing it back. I think either would work fine, but not both ( if Filmconvert is doing a transform ). Not a critique, just an observation.

Make a video how you edit photos, how you start with presets and what adjustments you make. and it would be very helpful if you show us how to create that look without presets.

And, the first video that I saw for 907x 100c was yours, and it was the best. Only a profesionist who really works with that thing can talk about buttons.
