Color Psychology Series: Red (What personality traits do you have if red is your favorite?)

Hello Polish World! Today we have a special guest! Jackie from / nursejackie2582 . Jackie had the idea for us to each do videos for our channels while she was visiting Idaho! For ours we are doing one of our color series and for Jackie’s we did a Q&A! So please check out her video!
We are continuing our series from last year on what different colors represent as well as personality traits attributed to that color. Jackie’s favorite color is red! We review 10 red polishes as discuss the attributes and traits. The psychologist who researched and developed this information is Judy Scott-Kemmis (B.SocSc). Her research is extremely interesting! I'm so happy that you are coming back to this series because I love it! I used to be afraid of red because I never wanted to bring too much attention to myself. But I still like the color and now that I have collected a good amount of red polishes I can wear it without it being the first thing you see when you see me (which makes me a lot more comfortable).

TFS!!! Hi @NurseJackie ;-) Wicked cool that y'all filmed 2gthr!!! I love this series too.. not sure if I have watched them all of not. (maybe throw them on a playlist ;-) I want to share that I bartended off & on for years being a single mom...more often than not if sum1 wore red at the bar there would be a fight! For year's I always had the thought about how in Spain they have the bull run and hold up red blankets to get the bull to attack them. idk Anywho, have a gr8 wkend!!! =-)

I'm so glad this series has come back - I think I caught the tail end of it when I first visited your channel and it's what drew me in before I got to know you're just all-round great hehe. It's so hard painting someone elses nails. This was so interesting! What does a love of deep reds mean? I have a dark side?! hahaha. I have a spiritual side and praise was always my favourite part in the church, I was in the praise band for years 😁 I have so many favourite colours, that's the trouble with me - does it mean something when your favourite colour is rainbow? 😄 I loved this vid so much! Well I’m no expert, but from what I’ve read it just means that you have traits from multiple colors! Might be interesting for you to rank your faves and see what traits coincide! 😊. Knowing you, I’m not surprised. You are eclectic. No one is going to put you in a box!

Jackie’s had her channel a lot longer than ours and she has a lot more subscribers, but I think many follow both of us. She’s one of the first nail KZbinrs I started watching early on in my polish journey! It was so fun having her here. We actually filmed two more videos for our channel that will be posted soon. Red is one of my least favorite colors , unless it’s very dark , I have a couple I love - one is China Glaze Red Pearl and I like it Matte ❤️ ILNP Eclipse 🖤 I’m mostly drawn to blues pinks greens gray black purple and many other soothing colors tfs

We may be doing another series soon on what it means when you don’t like certain colors! I think that would be interesting. I love pink but it’s not my favorite on my nails. I also have a lot of green polish for someone that doesn’t love green. 😂
